Yvonne plays a critical role in our Intellectual Property & Technology, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, and Corporate & Commercial Departments.

Some of her key roles include preparation, perfection, and review of banking security (including Islamic banking) as well as advising lenders on the obtaining, perfection, and enforcement of securities; undertaking due diligence investigations and acquisition and disposal of businesses through share purchase or asset purchase; drafting, preparation, and review of commercial agreements; preparation and review of commercial and residential leases, handling large property acquisitions and disposals including the drafting of agreements for sale, transfers, leases, and licenses; incorporation of companies and registration of business names, trusts, non-government organizations, trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and undertaking legal research and providing legal opinions. 

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma, Kenya School of Law
