Kelvin is a member of the firm’s Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution & Tax Departments.

His practice mainly focuses on civil and commercial litigation in the Court of Appeal, High Court, Magistrates’ courts, Tribunals, and quasi-judicial bodies. He has experience in rendering legal services in areas such as landlord and tenant disputes, ownership and use of land, breach of contracts, employment and labor relations disputes including advising local and foreign clients on employment laws in Kenya. He also has experience in building, construction law, and related litigation with a deep appreciation for the business regulatory framework in Kenya which enables him to routinely advise in areas such as compliance, cooperate governance, and dispute resolution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB), University of Nairobi
• Post Graduate Diploma, Kenya School of Law
